Description:

A fast growing, tall tree with prickly thorns on its trunk, branches and stems. Bark is grayish brown, turning lighter with age. Leaves are small, bi pinnate with only two pinnate and a pair of spines at the base of the petiole. Flowers are creamy, slightly fragrant, grouped in globose heads. The fruit is a pod, twisted and coiled, edible.
