Description:

Famous for its fruit but these are only produced on plants growing in areas with a hot, dry climate. It is an excellent coastal plant, tolerating full exposure and heavy buffeting by salt laden winds. Trees are either male or female and if fruit are required, at least one of each sex is necessary.
