Aloe arborescens is a tree-like, many branched succulent with rosettes of sword-like, fleshy, bright green leaves, grows up to 24 inches long, partly concave above, with toothed, wavy margins. In late spring and early summer, each rosette bears terminal racemes, up to 12 inches tall and of cylindrical red flowers up to 1 1/2 inches long. |
